About the SR GT 200
Aprilia's adventure scooter. Twist-and-go like any rental automatic, but built on larger wheels and longer suspension travel than the 110s and 125s that fill most fleets. This index holds no manufacturer specification sheet for it.
Who it suits
- Rough surfaces
- Taller riders
- An automatic that copes
The reason to take one is the wheels. Bali's back roads are patched, gravelled and edged with broken tarmac, and a larger wheel rides over what makes a 12-inch scooter skitter. None of that costs you a clutch, because it is still an automatic.
On Bali roads
Good on the inland roads towards Munduk and on the east coast, where the surface is the problem rather than the traffic. Its height and length are a nuisance in the Canggu lanes and in tight parking.
Worth knowing. Aprilia is a rare badge in Bali fleets, so both parts and a replacement bike are slower to arrive than they would be for a Honda or a Yamaha. Ask the shop what happens if it breaks.

New prices are Indonesian on-the-road figures, not rental rates.
What a scooter actually costs in Bali
Published prices from every rental shop we can find, shown as the shop’s own total and as a comparable rate per day.
1 of 2 shops says which version they rent. The other 1 does not, so ask them.
Almost every shop delivers. Expect the scooter brought to your villa, hotel or the airport and collected again, usually free within the shop’s own area and for a small fee beyond it. Confirm the pickup point when you message them.

- 2day Rp 300k≈Rp 4.8jtfor a month≈Rp 160k/day≈Rp 160k/day≈Rp 4.8jt for a month
Rate for 1 month is what you pay per day once the shop’s own discount tiers are applied, and not the daily rate multiplied out.
Shops that publish no 1 month price, and no shorter rate we could work from, are shown as quote on request. For those we show nothing at all rather than invent a figure.
Greyed prices with a ≈ are our estimate, not the shop's. Those shops publish no 1 month rate, so we worked one out from the longest rate they do publish, using the discount that 855 shops in our data actually give for a longer stay. We round that discount the cautious way, so the real price is usually lower than the figure shown. Ask the shop for their own number before you book.
