About the Fox 350
Polytron's electric maxi-scooter, built around a 3.75kWh battery and a 3,000W motor with a 6,409W peak. Disc brakes at both ends, 13-inch wheels, a screen and a keyless system. Polytron quotes about four hours from empty to full.

A full-sized maxi-scooter body with none of the heat or noise, which makes it genuinely pleasant in slow traffic. It is quick enough to keep up with anything on a town road, and the riding position is upright and roomy rather than perched.
On Bali roads
Sensible if you are based in one area and can charge where you sleep. The claimed 130km is measured at an average of 40km/h, so a day of hills and two-up riding will be well short of it, and there is no charging network to fall back on outside the main tourist strips.
Worth knowing. Settle the charging arrangement before you take it: how long, where, and whose electricity. Ask what the shop expects if you return it flat. It is also an unusual machine to hire here, so ask what happens if it fails, because a replacement will not arrive as quickly as it would for a Vario.
