About the CB150R
Honda's small naked motorcycle, with a DOHC four-valve engine, PGM-FI injection and a diamond truss frame. Upright bars, no fairing, and a 12-litre tank that is generous for the class.

An easy manual motorcycle. The 795mm seat is low for the class, the power is modest enough to be unintimidating, and the upright bars make it far more comfortable in traffic than anything faired. A sensible first geared bike for a rider already confident on a scooter.
On Bali roads
Comfortable on both town runs and the coast roads, and the 12-litre tank means fewer stops on a full-day loop. The 164mm of ground clearance copes with speed humps and unmade hotel driveways.
Worth knowing. Requires a manual-motorcycle entitlement and an IDP. There is no under-seat box the way a scooter has one, so anything you carry goes on your back or on a rack.
