About the R15
Yamaha's small supersport, with clip-on bars, a full fairing and rear-set pegs. The specification below is Yamaha Indonesia's current All New R15 connected; Yamaha has sold the R15 in more than one form, so ask the shop which one they hold.

The only bike in this index with a genuine sports riding position, and if that is what you came for, nothing else here substitutes for it. Light, sharp-steering and easy to place in traffic once you are used to leaning on your wrists.
On Bali roads
Fine on the smooth coastal stretches and the climbs on the Bukit. The riding position becomes tiring quickly in stop-start traffic, and a low fairing dislikes speed humps and unmade driveways.
Worth knowing. Needs a motorcycle entitlement and an IDP. There is no luggage space at all, the pillion seat is nominal, and fairing panels are expensive to scratch.
