About the KLX 150
A manual-gearbox dual-sport with long-travel suspension, knobbly tyres and a tall seat. The KLX is the standard rental trail bike across Indonesia.
Still worth renting
New, this generation listed at IDR 3.000.000 less than the current one: 9% cheaper to buy, which is why shops can rent it for less. Indonesian on-the-road prices for a new bike, not rental rates. Shops here rarely say which generation they are handing you, so ask.
